WHAT DOES ORDER FROM GET SEEDS RIGHT HERE MEAN?

Didn't ship, and stated starting of next 7 days. Did not ship. Told likely out that day, and didn't. Discussed when very first contacted I did not treatment, but have to be given updates, and all I received was lies about when it would ship. They didn't reply to 2 e-mails days aside. Asked for refund going into 4th 7 days with no explanations. Ques
